The Talent & Development function set out to embed the V2MOM performance philosophy—a model originating from Salesforce that emphasizes Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, and Measures. Unlike conventional goal systems, V2MOM requires integration of both strategic direction and organizational values.
Challenge
Existing tools supported basic goal setting but lacked the ability to capture V2MOM's broader dimensions—vision articulation, values alignment, and identification of obstacles, along with robust cascade. A mobile-first system was needed for rapid deployment in a fast-moving global environment.

WeSoar customized its Performance Enablement module to digitize and operationalize V2MOM. The solution enabled seamless cascades from corporate vision to individual goals in just three clicks, while embedding fields for employees and managers to define values and obstacles.
